My training program is designed to give your horse a well-rounded foundation that sets them up for success in life, no matter their discipline or stage of training. Each horse receives individualized care and attention with a focus on:

Handling: Establishing trust and respect through consistent, hands-on interaction, teaching your horse to be responsive and reliable in all situations.

Groundwork: Strengthening communication and building their mental and physical readiness for advanced training. Exercises are tailored to improve balance, respect, and responsiveness.

Foundational Riding Skills: Developing a strong under-saddle foundation by focusing on responsiveness, maneuverability, and consistent forward movement to prepare your horse for success in any discipline or activity.

Problem-Solving and Confidence Building: Addressing specific behavioral or training challenges with a kind but firm approach, helping your horse become confident and willing.

This program is customized to your horse’s needs and your long-term goals. Weekly lessons are included in the monthly fee, so you’ll learn alongside your horse, creating a cohesive and effective partnership. For young or green horses starting their journey, I recommend a minimum of 60 days of training to ensure they develop the solid foundation they need for future success. Training Service Options:

Tune-Up: Ideal for horses that already have basic training but need some refinement to get in shape. This option focuses on improving responsiveness, fine-tuning skills, and ensuring consistency for both the horse and rider.

Full-Time Training: Perfect for young horses just getting started or those needing a complete restart. This option provides a solid foundation with focus on groundwork, handling, and basic under saddle foundation to set your horse up for long-term success.

Discipline-Specific Finishing: If your horse has a solid foundation but needs extra training in a specific discipline—like barrel patterning or speed events—this is the option for you. Tailored to sharpen skills and get your horse competition-ready.

Competitive Training: Whether preparing for shows or competitions, this option focuses on the strategies, confidence-building, and skills needed for your horse to succeed in a competitive setting.
