Silver Lining Herbs Supplements

Herbal wellness, the natural way
I love Silver Lining Herbs because it’s exactly what it sounds like—pure, natural herbs. Horses used to graze a wide variety of plants to meet their nutritional needs, but with modern environments, that variety is often lost. These herbal blends help fill that gap, and I’ve seen such a positive difference in my horses’ health since using them. Check out the full Silver Lining Herbs site to explore their blends! If you have questions, I’m happy to offer insight based on my experience and help you consider your horse’s unique condition and nutritional needs to find the best fit.

Blue Mountain High Altitude Hay Pellets
Alfalfa, Orchard Grass, Timothy & Teff
I love these Blue Mountain High-Altitude Orchard Grass Pellets—they’re consistent, easy to feed, and mix perfectly with grain for feeding supplements (which can be tricky on their own or with just hay). They’re low-dust, highly palatable, and great for seniors or horses with sensitive digestion. I’m a big believer in forage first, and while I usually recommend checking local feed stores, options here in Cle Elum are limited—so these pellets have been a life saver! Rubber Feed Pan
Feed-anything barn bowl
I always keep these 3-gallon rubber feed pans on hand—they’re tough, flexible, and perfect for just about anything, from feeding grain to holding water. The anti-tip design is great for minimizing spills (especially with playful or messy eaters), and I love that they stack easily for storage. They do have a bit of a rubber smell at first, but airing them out for a few days fixes that! Click the button below to be directed straight to Amazon!
Hay Nets
Slow Feed, Healthy Gut.
I love using hay nets because they help reduce waste and keep horses from scarfing down their meals too quickly, which is much better for their digestive system. This one is made from super durable Challenger poly hay cord, with 2" x 2" openings that encourage slower, more natural eating. At 42" long, it’s a great size for everyday use and holds up really well in the barn or trailer. Click the link below to be directed straight to Amazon!
